At Oxford Management, it’s important to take care of our employees who are providing the great service to our tenants, customers and residents.  We are proud to offer a benefit package that is flexible and will support our employees with their personal needs.  Most benefits begin the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.  Some benefits are offered to part-time employees working less than 30 hours per week.
